The Floyd Mayweather Jr. vs. Juan Manuel Marquez fight is scheduled on July 18, 2009 at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. It will also be broadcast live on HBO Pay-Per-View beginning at 9pm ET / 6pm PT.
The boxing showdown between Mayweather (39-0, 25 KO's) and Marquez (50-4-1, 37 KO's) will be promoted by Mayweather Promotions and Golden Boy Promotions in association with Marquez Promotions. Who will win this fight?

The fight was postponed by the request of Mayweather camp due to his rib cartilage injury on his training for the Mayweather vs. Marquez fight. On the other hand, Marquez on an interview that he will not stop on practicing and developing his skills to be on good shape on fight sched. The fight was rescheduled on September 18, 2009.
